Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that clients do need to cancel appointments from time to time so we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer your cancellation to another client.
However we have had to introduce the following policies as no show and very short notice cancellations do not give us any opportunity to refill these free appointments
Change time and date of booking – free of charge if changes made
at least 24 hours prior to existing booking
Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance of actual time of appointment – Free of Charge as long as The Wax Factor are
notified.
Cancellation within 24 hours – 100% of treatment cost payable
No Show – 100% of treatment cost payable
